Triscribe already has a proven platform for analysing drug stocks, costs and usage. In recent months, NHS procurement teams have reviewed Triscribe for the first time and they have brought new ideas about better ways to use this data.

This project will build on our existing foundation to create:

● A complete picture of hospital medicines, mainly by integrating data from closed loop prescribing with pharmacy stock and EPMA systems.
● Best in class application for managing drug shortages. Integrating a complete view of medicines data with shortage notifications and intelligence from clinical and procurement teams. Providing business intelligence, alerts, risk ratings and specific actionable insights.
● Procurement/ supply chain dashboards for both internal pharmacy and outpatients. Linking in data based insights about usage of high cost drugs.
● Pharmacy productivity monitoring including benchmarks developed by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
● Basic carbon footprint tracking covering the main current priorities of gases and metered dose inhalers. Including the structure to deliver more complete measures of carbon footprint as measurement data becomes available.
● Platform for wider integration of medicines data across ICBs.

Cassius+ is an innovative digital care service designed to support individuals with long-term health conditions to manage their health at home and maintain their independence. The service combines social care technologies with health monitoring tools to provide a comprehensive care model. Key components include the Cassius Video Carephone, movement sensors, pulse oximeters, digital thermometers, blood pressure monitors, and digital scales. By leveraging these technologies, Cassius+ facilitates real-time health monitoring and data sharing, enabling proactive and informed healthcare interventions.

IEG4’s Digital CHC solution originated to increase digital maturity adoption for Continuing Healthcare and was developed from an original referral workflow as a proof of concept to a system that is now an end-to-end digital solution that integrates with the core National Framework-compliant processes, has automated workflows and allows the management of the entire assessment and referral process end-to-end whilst also providing case management for patients that are eligible for Continuing Healthcare.

It was developed to seamlessly integrate with NHS Spine and by using open API frameworks support future interoperability with emerging technologies such as AI.

This significantly reduces the administration time for staff, improves efficiencies and provides a better joined up collaborative of professionals, working together to support the needs of patients looking to access services, such as information, updates and communications online, and creating a package of care that fully meets the patients’ needs.

Breaking the cycle of missed opportunities and duplication of effort with millions of pounds and significant staff resource offered to care homes with little or no systemwide co-ordination. All of which is provided with the very best of intentions but at the wrong time or order for the care homes and the residents to be able to effectively and sustainably adopt. Introducing the DREaMS team and VCSMATe providing that central co-ordination using simple and easy to use in-house developed tools to facilitate care homes in understanding their own digital maturity and next steps. Signposting and supporting as the care home is ready to take the next step on their own individual journey at a time and pace right for them. Changing the regions carehome landscape a caring conversation at a time backed up with data driven insights and efficient application of resources. Improving informed care, supporting families and connecting residents.

The service introduced stands out due to two main differentiators. Firstly, the two-way data flow between our RiO system and PKB ensures smooth data exchange between providers, medical staff, and service users, streamlining communication and enhancing the continuity of care. This integration allows healthcare professionals to access comprehensive patient information efficiently, leading to more informed decision-making and improved outcomes.
Secondly, we have prioritised empowerment by giving individuals more control over their data. Through the platform, service users can choose who they share their information with, ensuring confidentiality and privacy. This feature enhances trust between service users and healthcare providers, leading to a more collaborative and patient-centric approach to care delivery.
Our service also offers several other distinctive features that set us apart from other projects. Through our system, service users can collaborate with professionals to complete personalised care plans, track progress, and access clinically-approved resources tailored to their needs.

Our solution addresses the significant challenge of inaccessible venues, which contributes to the isolation of visually impaired individuals and represents a $411 billion USD economic burden globally. By enhancing venue accessibility, we not only empower over 285 million visually impaired people worldwide but also help venues avoid legal risks and attract more customers, as 77% of people prefer visiting accessible locations.

Our platform offers precise indoor navigation, enabling visually impaired individuals to independently navigate complex environments such as airports, malls, metro stations, universities, and libraries. PoiLabs' technology is built to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure, making it a cost-effective and scalable solution for any venue looking to enhance accessibility. Our mission is to ensure that every venue is inclusive, fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for visually impaired individuals everywhere.

Monitoring children and young people’s mental health in the community is an important clinical goal, but response rates for outcome measures are historically low. This is why we created myHealthE, an online platform to support young people and caregivers on their journey of being seen by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Through myHealthE, caregivers can answer routine outcome measures about their child’s mental health, as well as access additional support and wellbeing resources from one dedicated online portal. Through myHealthE, collection of paired patient-reported outcome measures has increased from 8% to 48% across South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. The automated data administration of myHealthE is saving thousands of hours for the NHS that would otherwise be spent administering, collecting, and coding outcome measures, thus giving clinicians more time to work with young people, all while empowering young people and their families with information and support.

Holly Health is changing preventive health care through digital health coaching, with intelligence.

The platform provides accessible, person-centred coaching via web and mobile app, to support patients with exercise, mood, sleep and nutrition. Tailored to all major long-term conditions, Holly Health is advancing population health and offers valuable data insights for local teams.

To date, the service has supported over 35,000 people across more than 200 NHS primary care partnerships.

Rated within the top 2% of health apps by ORCHA with a score of 90%, and part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator, Holly Health is gaining fast traction in UK healthcare.

BERRI is a sophisticated digital tool which assesses a child’s psychological and neurodevelopmental needs, and provides individualised smart reports containing bespoke advice for caregivers, informed by the expertise of clinical psychologists. The is huge unmet need when it comes to mental health and neurodiversity, and limited clinical resources to meet that need. Using the BERRI digital tools can help parents and carers to support children to be happier and feel better understood in their lives. This will cause ripples of positive change through the generations, changing the world for the better.

The idea was to deploy commercetools’ composable commerce technology, which combines best-of-breed tech with cloud-native capabilities, to create a one-stop shop and "Digital Hub" for today’s modern healthcare consumers. The deployment is central to Vision Healthcare’s eCommerce operations and encompasses the entire consumer journey. It provides genuine omnichannel experiences for consumers, like real-time content updates across any device, and offers a flexible and agile infrastructure that enables Vision Healthcare to expand without the burden of time-consuming customisations or high internal infrastructure costs.
